Brandon Flowers 於 Newport Folk Festival 首演新歌，攜手 Lucy Dacus 與 Nathaniel Rateliff 同台
The Killers 主唱 Brandon Flowers 於 2026 年 7 月 26 日（週日）以個人身份登台 Newport Folk Festival（羅德島），現場首演第三張個人專輯《Thrasher》中的新曲，並帶來多首 The Killers 經典的剝削版本。此前他已於 7 月 24 日（週五）作為驚喜嘉賓，加入 Lucy Dacus 的演出；週日閉幕日則與 Nathaniel Rateliff 同台獻唱。

Flowers 以個人首張專輯《Flamingo》（2010）的〈Crossfire〉開場，隨後帶來近期單曲〈Paradise〉與〈Plans〉的首次現場演出，以及從未公開發表的新曲〈Tiger’s Blood〉。《The Desired Effect》（2015）中的〈Still Want You〉與〈Diggin’ Up The Heart〉，則是自 2016 年後首度重現舞台。The Killers 的〈Read My Mind〉、〈When You Were Young〉，以及 2021 年專輯《Pressure Machine》中的〈The Getting By〉，皆以剝削編制演出。Dawes 的 Taylor 與 Griffin Goldsmith 也加入演唱 〈When My Time Comes〉。

嘉賓同台與《Thrasher》背景
7 月 24 日，Flowers 以驚喜方式加入 Lucy Dacus 演出，合唱 Jim Croce 1972 年歌曲〈Time In A Bottle〉——該曲亦收錄於 Dacus 第四張專輯《Forever Is A Feeling》擴充版。週日閉幕場，Flowers 再登 Nathaniel Rateliff 星光熠熠的壓軸舞台，共同演出 Bruce Springsteen 的〈Atlantic City〉、John Prine 的〈Paradise〉，以及 The Band 的〈The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down〉。
《Thrasher》定於 2026 年 8 月 21 日透過 Island Records 發行，是 Flowers 自 2015 年《The Desired Effect》後的首張個人專輯，錄製於納許維爾，靈感源自其猶他州 Nephi 童年記憶與父親車中播放的鄉村音樂。Flowers 也預告第二張完成的個人專輯將接續推出。至於 The Killers，他預估樂團第八張錄音室專輯將於 2027 年問世。
Flowers 將於今年稍後展開北美、英國及愛爾蘭巡演，包含 10 月於倫敦 Royal Albert Hall 的演出。據 NME 報導，巡演餘票仍可透過官方管道購買。
