《Final Fantasy》40 週年 Distant Worlds 管弦巡演公布
Square Enix 公布《Final Fantasy》系列 40 週年紀念音樂會系列「Final Fantasy 40th Anniversary Distant Worlds: Music From Final Fantasy Eternal／悠久」，2027 年 3 月 20 日自東京 International Forum Hall A 開跑，接著巡迴大阪、北美、英國、新加坡與首爾，最終場排至 2028 年 3 月 25 日的印第安納波利斯。演出由指揮 Arnie Roth 帶領交響樂團、合唱團與獨奏者，搭配 Square Enix 製作的全新 HD 影像投影。據 NME 報導，部分場次將於 10 月 6 日開賣，其餘票務細節另行公告。

曲目與作曲家陣容
本次系列聚焦系列歷代作曲家的作品，包括 植松伸夫（Nobuo Uematsu）、濱渦正志（Masashi Hamauzu）、水田直志（Naoshi Mizuta）、崎元仁（Hitoshi Sakimoto）、下村陽子（Yoko Shimomura）與 祖堅正慶（Masayoshi Soken）。
官方新聞稿指出，演出將同步播放 Square Enix 製作的 HD 影像，呈現系列四十年來的遊戲技術演變。文案以〈Prelude〉首次響起的四十年前、以及〈Opening – Bombing Mission〉帶玩家進入 Midgar 的三十年前作為對照，向從 Cornelia、Eorzea 到 Valisthea 等不同世代的玩家喊話。
Distant Worlds 與系列背景
初代《Final Fantasy》1987 年於紅白機（NES）推出，之後延伸出 15 款正傳續作，以及大量外傳、重製與改編作品。
「Distant Worlds」音樂會系列自 2007 年開辦，由 Arnie Roth 擔任指揮，以交響樂團、合唱團與多媒體影像形式在全球巡演，曲目隨系列新作持續擴充。
