BBC Introducing 推 11 月全英 10 城 LIVE 企劃
BBC Introducing 公布名為「Introducing LIVE」的月度系列活動，2026 年 11 月將在英國 10 個地點舉行，涵蓋貝爾法斯特（Belfast）、布里真德（Bridgend）、蓋茨黑德（Gateshead）、格拉斯哥（Glasgow）、利茲（Leeds）、利物浦（Liverpool）、倫敦（London）、曼徹斯特（Manchester）、諾丁漢（Nottingham）與桑德蘭（Sunderland）。活動內容包含現場演出、工作坊、產業講座、開放麥克風與媒合交流。系列由 11 月 5 日的布里真德與倫敦場揭開序幕，11 月 28 日在利茲以四場獨立 showcase 作結。據 NME 報導，這項公布發生在 BBC Introducing Stage 確定退出 Reading & Leeds 之後。

票券與詳細資訊公布於 BBC Introducing 官網。BBC Introducing 編輯 Kelly Betts 表示，扶植與培育創作者是這個平台的核心，形容今年是「規模最大的一年」。
退出 Reading & Leeds 的背景
BBC Introducing Stage 自 2008 年設立，在 Reading & Leeds 運作 18 年，曾在職涯早期讓 Ed Sheeran 與 The 1975 登台。BBC 指出，該舞台支持過 2026 年兩地音樂祭卡司中約七成的英國藝人。
主辦單位 Festival Republic 發言人向 NME 表示，接手的 Canopy 舞台將從更廣的範圍延攬新銳音樂人，此一決定是為了「支持更多元的新銳藝人」，期待他們未來能站上主舞台壓軸。BBC 則確認 Introducing 仍會與其他音樂祭合作，包括 Latitude 與 The Great Escape。
平台現況與近年縮編
BBC Introducing 目前透過 Uploader 平台、23 個地方電台節目，以及 Radio 1、Radio 2、6 Music、Asian Network、Radio 3 上的六個全國性節目支持無合約音樂人。該計畫也已延伸至美國，與田納西州的大學電台節目合作，並計畫擴及更多州。
曾受惠於此一機制的藝人包括 Ed Sheeran、RAYE、Olivia Dean、Sam Fender 與 Loyle Carner。不過該網絡近年面臨縮編：2023 年地方 BBC Introducing 節目數由 32 個減至 20 個，當時引發 Sigrid、Elton John 等音樂人批評。
